Where is slide finder in powerpoint 2007

Presentations are searched from web so they may be copyrighted. Make sure that slides which you download and insert are not copyright protected. Clicking ok will open a new window to search PowerPoint files which doesn't seem to be a good idea. SlideFinder should have kept search box somewhere within PowerPoint window. Opening a new window is as good as searching in a browser.

On the top of that Google ads make the search experience more unpleasant. Search for any keyword and SlideFinder will display PowerPoint presentations available on the web for download. Even if you have all the time in the world, why would you want to work harder than you have to? When that design or data you need in a new presentation already exist, insert the existing slide into your new presentation instead of recreating it!

You can use pieces; it's often quicker to revamp an existing slide than to create a new one. If you decide that you can reuse existing slides, PowerPoint has a helpful feature called Slide Finder that will insert those slides into your new presentation.

That's right—you don't have to copy and paste each slide. To use Slide Finder, open your new presentation or create a new presentation and then follow these simple steps: Make sure you're in Normal view. Click the slide you want to precede the slide you're inserting. This feature will insert a slide or slides after the selected slide. From the Insert menu, choose Slides From Files. Click Browse on the Find Presentation tab the default and then locate the presentation that contains the slides you're reusing.

Click the slide or slides you're reusing and click Insert. Or click Insert All. Yes No. Thank you! Any more feedback? The more you tell us the more we can help. Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions.
